Our healthy tiny homes offer JS2's non-toxic construction standards in a product you can own and have delivered without going through a 12-month custom build engagement. For clients who want the material quality and health performance of a JS2 home but don't need or want a full-size custom build, our tiny homes are the most direct path to that outcome.

This is a finished, livable, genuinely healthy space — not a starting point you have to finish or a production unit you have to remediate after the fact. What you order is what arrives, built to the same standard from the first unit we ever produced to the one we're building today.

Many of our tiny healthy home clients are landowners looking to add a livable structure to a rural or semi-rural property. That might be a guest cottage for family visits, a caretaker's quarters, a personal retreat separate from the main house, or a rental unit.

The on-wheels delivery model means no permanent foundation is required, which simplifies permitting in many Hill Country and rural Central Texas jurisdictions considerably. If you have land and want to put something genuinely healthy on it without the complexity of a full construction project, this is a very efficient path — often measured in weeks rather than the months a full custom build requires.

For clients with chemical sensitivities, MCS, or respiratory conditions, a conventional tiny home or RV is often not livable — the off-gassing load from standard materials can be severe in a small enclosed space where there's little air volume to dilute it. Our tiny healthy homes are one of the very few options in the market that address this problem at the construction level rather than through remediation after the fact.

If your health requires a living environment with genuinely controlled material inputs, our tiny healthy homes were designed with that need in mind from the very first prototype, not retrofitted onto a standard production unit after the fact.

If your primary motivation is price minimization, there are less expensive tiny homes available — conventional production units start considerably below our price point. What you're paying for with a JS2 tiny healthy home is the material quality, the non-toxic construction, and the building standard that comes from the team that created healthy home building. That premium is real and deliberate, and we'd rather be upfront about it than have you discover it as a surprise later.

We're also not the right fit if you need a highly customized layout — our tiny homes are built to defined models, and significant structural or layout changes aren't available within our current production process. If a fully custom floor plan is essential to your vision, our full custom home building process is a better fit than our tiny home line.
